I am so sick and tired of people mailing mailing lists to get off of them.
I'm sick and tired of getting this over reuse which has almost 500 people
on it.
I wish that before anyone is allowed to get an account with athena, they
have to pass a quiz. They have to be able to use blanche or some
other approriate program to figure out who the maintainer of a list
is so they can figure out who to mail to get removed.
I also wish people were fined in cases where they mail a list except for
people at ai.mit.edu and lcs.mit.edu and media.mit.edu who should be fined
if the maintainers are <listname>-request or <listname>-requests.
It should be charged to their MIT account, and paid to the organanization
or person who owns the list. Or maybe they should be charged $1 per person
on the list and given to each person.
