I'd rather own the house and just have to deal with contractors and maybe a loan
officer or two, than be renting from a clueless landlord and have to deal
with all of the above *plus* a lawyer or three to apply enough torque to
get the landlord to actually fix something..
On second thought, why don't you guys call up the guys who do "This Old House"
and have them make an example of Fenway House on public television? :-) :-)
