Okay, so I'm going to go out on a limb here.
How many of you have read the booklet?
It is really depressing to hear people argue about something
when in fact all they are doing is spouting their stupid
rhetoric. Read pages 15-20 of the booklet. It isn't great,
but they seem to have made a good faith effort to clarify
things so that people can do their jobs and express themselves,
but still give people who are harassed a way out.
If you want to have a discussion about something, find out
something about the topic before opening your fat mouths.
