When I first heard that some people were using the harassment guide
as fuel, I thought it was basically a joke, not a formal protest, and
it seemed that the reason for the firewas probably that people were
incredibly sick of the word "harassment" and decided that the 68-page
"booklet" was simply ludicrous.
Personally, the two things that I find most offensive are excessive
political correctness and overuse of the word harassment.
