A fair amount of the material appearing in this "discuss" meeting
seems very similar to the stuff from the "Central_America" meeting. I am
not suggesting a merge or anything like that, but it says something about
MIT, I think, that so many people put their blackest thoughts up for display
on public mailing lists... That is to say, why are people putting in their .plan files stuff that should be reserved for "coatrack"?
I think I know why.
Such public display serves the same purpose in either case, be it by
dedicated mailing list or by world-readability. Yes? or no?
