Thanks for those who had suggestions. I'm usually reasonably good in the
mornings, which is why these last ten days have been kind of surprising.
It may not be lack of sleep -- I'm having trouble keeping my eyelids
open right now, for example, am feeling sore all over, tense feeling
around my lower back and neck, etc. I've gotten 7-7.5 hours of sleep the
last two nights (which have been the "right" number of hours of sleep
for me for a number of years). I do get up fairly consistently time in
the morning (around 8-8:30 90% of the time, I'd say). The brights lights
is something I could do better on -- I usually sit in my room for a
while reading e-mail and news in the morning. Exercise is something I
haven't been getting enough of last week. Eating right... I've been
having a pretty reasonable diet so that shouldn't be it.
