Andrew's hints to waking up feeling not-too-sleepy:
1. Try to wake up at the same time every morning, even if you
don't have to.
2. Stare into a bright light when you wake up.
3. Exercise. Walk, run, shoot hoops, bike, etc.
4. Make sure you're eating (a) enough of (b) the right things on
(c) a regular basis.
Those are what I do when I have trouble getting up, and I've developed
a reputation as "one of those )(*&^*&^%$ morning people" :-)
