oh barbara, i AM sorry.
even if your cat's liver hasn't been affected, you're still in for a NOT
fun period of time; my family's cat was diabetic for about a year and a half
before we had her put down my senior year. a combination of NOT fun shot-
giving and fights about when it was time to finally accept that she was
not leading a remotely pleasant life, either for her or for us and decide
to have her put down.
i wish you a much more pleasant experience than we had.
