As one of the people who was on this most recent Action Park trip
suggested, I have amazing bad luck with respect to losing things (nobody
else in the party ever loses things... I seem to be a magnet for all the
bad luck). Last time summer '91 I lost two cameras (one of which wasn't
even mine); this time, I lost a pair of prescription glasses which will
cost somewhere in the neighborhood of $200 to replace.
Sigh. I checked with Lost & Found but they don't exactly impress me with
their competence.
I wonder if I'll make it three for three next time? (I don't plan on
bringing anything I can lose, but that'll probably just mean I'll lose
something I couldn't imagine that I could possibly lose.)
