I was really expecting root canal cleaning to be very painful, but the dentist had such a good topical that the novocaine injections barely hurt. Now the pain-killer is wearing off, and it still doesn't hurt. Even so, not a pleasant overall experience. (So, the last time I went ice skating I got seven stitches in my eyelid and a root canal. How about you?)
