6.004 Sucks.
I haven't missed a lecture. I haven't missed a recitation. I pay
attention. When all the material is flying around, I think that i'm
getting The Point. From what little i've gleaned about all this material,
it even makes sense.
But then i do the problem sets, and i know that i'm totally lost. Does
everyone start this class with years of experience behind them, or is it
just SIPB? The notation is alien; the concepts aren't intuitive; i'm
amazed my labs work... but then, there isn't any thinking in those; it's
just Wire Pin 4 To Pin 16.
It's almost like taking two different classes entirely. And i won't be
slowly failing after the upcoming exam, i'll be quickly failing.
but then, i'm tired, so of course this is very depressing to me. and i
don't know why i'm so tired, either...
