18.03 woes

I'm working on an 18.03 problem set, and I'm beginning to dislike 18.03......
I know the methods, but in the final analysis, it's just integration.
Well, at least, so far it is.
I come up with an integral, and I think it cannot be integrate. But it
turns out that I have to integrate by parts. Gee whiz.
Then I do the next problem. Now I know how to integrate by parts. I spend 30
minutes trying to solve the next problem, and I can't get the answer. This
time, I have to substitute z with u + 1 or some foolishness like that.
It's been a long time since I've done integration. Now I have to relearn it
again.
I know this is petty, but the frustration of not getting the answer. Sigh.
