Meeting Name: Anonymous_Meeting
Host: senator-bedfellow.mit.edu
Pathname: /usr/spool/discuss/closet
Participation: Public
A closet is where you put your coat when you don't want it to be
seen out on the coatrack. And this meeting is a place for your darkest
thoughts, the ones that would never otherwise see the light of day. The
ones you can't tell you best friends. The ones you would never *dream*
of telling your parents. The ones you can't put your name to.
The rules to this meeting go as follows: You can say anything
you want, as long as you don't say anything slanderous or hurtful to
another person. This is the only reason I can think of that I will
delete transactions. You can lie if you feel you need to, in order to
protect your identity, or just because there is something you want to
say, even if it isn't true (though things like this should probably be
labeled as such). I promise not to make an attempt to watch who posts
to this meeting and to do everything possible to assure everyone's
privacy. No one with tickets should be able to post to this meeting.
To do so, either kdestroy (or set the evironment variable KRBTKFILE to
a non-existent file) or send mail to closet@senator-bedfellow.mit.edu
This way, all transactions will appear anonymously. If people really
want to, say when they are replying to a transaction, they can put their
name in the body of the message, but this is to be discouraged.
