Did you buy it used, or new? Actually, would you like to sell it to me? :)
I suspect I'll need a strong one for a couple of reasons: (a) first
floor room with window admitting sunlight; (b) I sleep in loft... and
warm air rises; (c) my room is above some boilers in the Senior House
basement (noticeable hot spots when walking on the floor); (d) fair
number of electrical devices (computer+peripherals+lighting).
