WHere's that famed MIT stamina? Intelligence? *sigh*

After scrubbing the bels of my stovetop for two hours last night
(using paper towels dabbed with Lysol(R)), I noticed that one of
the pilot lights was out. It was then that I realized that the
bells can be pulled up (to relight the pilot), and then dumped
in the sink, where I can attack them for real. So at 11:30 I
started to make real progress.
At about 1:00 I couldn't handle much of anything any more. I
went into the living room, collapsed on the couch, and finally
experienced that sensation I've read about where the world starts
spinning and you shut your eyes and it's still spinning and there's
nothing you can do to stop it --- sit up, lie down, turn on your side,
open your eyes and stare at a fixed object and say ``I *know* that
book isn't falling to the left.''
The good news is that the only things left to clean are the
refrigerator, countertops, and microwave oven. The bad news is
that I *still* haven't had a chance to make arrangements to
sell my chametz, nor have I found a siyyum for the First-Born
(which is something I should attend tomorrow morning).
I'm beginning to find new respect for my mother --- not only does
she do all this cleaning, she also has to cook for the Seder.
