I like moving, as long as it's not my stuff. What's depressing
is having to decide what to throw away, and finding somewhere
to put everything you keep.
What's more depressing is how I spent my time moving. In
approximate order, from most to least time-consuming:
dusting stuff before moving it to a clean house
sneezing because of the dust and my hayfever
packing so as to not break things
carrying boxes up and down stairs
driving
About the delay in your phone installation:
Who needs phones when you have e-mail? 8-)
