this is something that's been bothering me for a while. i have been
having the usual financial aid stuff to deal with; filling out forms,
dealing with writing this, that, and t'other check, letter,
transaction.
why is it that the finaid office seems to be deliberately difficult to
deal with? why is it that they seem to close at 2:30 on all the days
i need to talk to them? why is it that it took five revisions
before they got a clue what the differences between my real finaid
package and the one they originally had (mistakenly) given me were?
why is it that they take two hour lunches? why is it that they refuse
to answer even the simplest questions about the mysteries of this
thing called finaid. perhaps this should be on napalm, but it's been
particularly depressing lately; i spent 4 hours thursday afternoon
trying to -give- them money. i failed miserably. grr
i hate the finaid office. they were so much nicer to me BEFORE i came
here.
