A bug report from our clients in Japan that, first of all, finally
clarified why they've been complaining about a bunch of bugs that
I'd fixed -- it turns out that they hadn't described the bugs accurately,
so I fixed the wrong ones. (1/2 :-). And then they flame about how
the person writing VisionGraph (that's me) should be more careful.
My boss tells me not to worry about this, that it happens all the
time; but it really rattled me. I don't like it when someone implies
that I'm incompentant, I like it less when they're (indirectly)
paying me, and I like it less when they have enough justification
that any response that I can come up with sounds like an excuse.
