That's actually trademark infringement, if I recall the case. RH changed their cover design to use the same colors and typeface as the MW dictionary. It was ruled that this was misleading for the consumer, and infringed on the trademark of MW's dust jacket. It actually isn't a `look and feel' in the same sense as menu bars.
