well, no, just that many emotions around here deal with computers,
and that doesn't happen to be what I think about if I want to be cheerful.

No, in fact. Someone writes in that he or she is happy about his or her
computer, and you start complaining that it's not sex, so it's not cheering
you up. My comment was meant to object to what I saw as a limiting factor
on the definition of cheerful. I didn't say word one to imply that
relationships or sexual fantasies were in any way cheery to me, although they
certainly can be, nor that cheery thoughts had to be limited to computers.
Perhaps if only talk about sex cheers you up, we should start a discuss
meeting called cheesecake...
