I've been working on lab 4 for 6.111 virtually nonstop for over a
week. Just today I finished all the design, wiring, and coding, so I
went to lab. I then spent about 2.5 hours trying to get the machine
to execute a *single* instruction correctly, and it never did.
At midnight, when the lab closed, I came back to the SIPB office. I
sat down, opened up the kit to look at it, and almost immediately
noticed the problem (I had wired a single wire to the wrong chip, and
the result was a bus contention). *HOPEFULLY*, this means I can at
least proceed to do actual debugging.
