divorce sucks

It seems that my brother Scott is getting a divorce. Ugh. Actually,
it's a tribute to his patience that he stayed with that
(insert-your-favorite-expletive) child-beating
loose evil woman as long as he did. I wonder what's going to happen to
their five-year old daughter...I doubt he'll get custody.
Scott is one of those people who always seems to get the short end of
the stick. If I didn't know better, I'd say he's living proof of the
``nice guys finish last'' theory. He's always been very kind, patient,
and understanding. As a result, people often take advantage of him,
because he lets them get away with a lot.
If I mentioned any more about what I thought about his wife, it would do
little more than vent my frustration...well, not quite; it would also be
likely to be interpreted as an overt admission of misogyny on my part,
so I'll resist the temptation.
