Not really.  Most amateurs or professionals would probably just kick a 
door in, or use a crowbar, or some similarly brute-force method.

Dave points out a critical omission in the MIT graduation requirements.
We are required to take a swim test so we don't drown, but we have no
entry test to make sure we can get into our homes...
