Actually, you should probably express your anger, instead of keeping it in
and getting depressed. A good dose of anger now and then is rejuvenating.
Keeping it in only gets ya down. However, make sure you are expressing your
anger at the cause of your anger, and not an innocent bystander. If they
don't know they have made you mad, how are they going to refrain from
that behavior in the future.
