BTW, playing with silly putty helps (actually, the stuff that they
give out in physical therepy has different hardnesses... depends what
your hand strength is).
When my tendonitis acts up, I take advil to relieve the inflamation
and play with my putty. Playing with the putty seems to work out the
cramping and tension that brings on the pain.
You may also want to put your keyboard in your lap or raise your chair
so that the keyboard is about an inch or two lower than your elbows.
That will allow your hands to rest in a "normal" position when you
type.
