While we're at it, mention how being hired by DEC directly decreases your programming skill... since they make the new hires write all the device drivers (as the new people don't know any better) DEC device drivers suck. <insert horror stories about the VS2000 revectoring code, most of the X11 server code, the VS2000 ^s^q problem, and others...>
