I'm pretty burned out, too; and I know why. HowToGAMIT was a disaster,
and I feel responsible for all the incoming students who *won't* have a
good guide this year.
And the disappointment and burnout from this is affecting other parts
of my life. I'm not going in to work; I committed to work on the Zephyr
server and now don't feel like I can do it; I'm not doing the fun
hacking I had wanted to; I'm spending all day in bed, then dragging
myself to rehearsals where I can't summon the energy or focus that I
need.
*sigh* Hopefully, I'll regain motivation before the term starts.
