Talk to the counseling wing of the Dean's Office. (I've heard good things
about Lynn Robeson; see if you can talk to her.)
The biggest problem with your current state of mind is that it will probably
not last forever. One day, you might advance from having no motivation to
do anything to just enough motivation to kill yourself. If you can survive
*that* stage, you could reach a point when you are motivated to do more
constructive things, e.g., figuring out how to get along with people and
averting boredom.
(This is partly the voice of experience. After my parents divorced, I became
very depressed, although not suicidal. I took a leave of absence and paid
a few visits to a shrink. I'm not sure exactly how much good the shrink did,
but I feel a lot better now than I did then.)
