On the afternoon of 4 July 1990, David G. Moore <gondor@athena.mit.edu>, a junior in the Mechanical Engineering Department, jumped from the fifth floor of Senior House into the dorm courtyard. He died at Massachusetts General Hospital. Moore allegedly was on a bad LSD trip when he jumped. (Any corrections, additions, confirmations to this info?)
