Well, when I nap at work, I use my workstation as an alarm clock.
When it goes off, I have to type a command ("zdebug noalarm") to shut
it off.

No matter how many times I do this, I can never remember what the
command is -- I actually have to wake up to remember it. This, I
think, is a good thing. I wish my alarm clock at home had a keyboard.

Anyway, the way I implemented this is using zleave. As a sidebar,
note that I also ahve to type ("zleave cancel"), or the alarm goes off
again when the next zleave message comes in. Yup, that's right, a
snooze button!

This has nothing to do with depressing thoughts, of course, but it's
fun anyway :-)
