This is halfway between a warning and a request for comments.
Sometime in the next few days I will implement
/afs/.sipb/project/sipb/src/pine/share/pine-sipb-plan.txt
which will result in installing the wrapper script
/afs/.sipb/project/sipb/src/pine/share/pine-sipb
If anyone wishes to comment on the wrapper script, feel free.
