Yes. The problem is that athena's version of telnet is out of date.
Use the version of telnet in /mit/watchmaker/{vax,rt}bin and everything
will work.
Note that chaosvia attempts to figure out what size your window
is. If you attempt to resize your window, or if choasvia fails to
figure out the size of your window, TED will lose. (If the window is
bigger than chaosvia thinks, TED just won't use all of the window. If
the window is too small, TED will lose in strange and wonderful ways.)
Just logout completely, exit chaosvia, and telnet dialup 13133 again.
