In 12pt timrom using latex, the \circ slipped off my A and started to
roll down the left side. Did not happen with default font. This
happened in a title:

Also, I'm no longer getting /usr/sipb/lib/tex when I run
/usr/sipb/bin/latex. I get the /usr/athena junk, which is missing
jik's simplemargins.sty.
