/mit/sipb/vaxbin/hearts doesn't seem to work, at least on vs2000's
(tested in the student center on two of them).
after giving you instructions, it just dies.
That's because the server process isn't running on charon. It
unfortunately has a tendency to die a lot these days, and it's a real
pain to restart it....
