I put a file up, change the shrink so that I can read it (3s), and get
horizontal and vertical scrollbars -- this is good. Then I widen the window
so I don't have to use the horizontal scrollbar, and BOTH scrollbars go away!
The only way to go down is by page, so I can't read what's on the bottom half
of any page. Typing 4s3s after I resize the window makes both
scrollbars come back, the horizontal one unnecessarily.
