I don't remember anyone ever asserting that non-MIT sites use the SIPB
locker (although they do--anyone else remember the bug report for CMU
about the xscreensaver?). I do remember people asserting that
non-Athena sites use the SIPB locker.
Good point. Perhaps the best idea is the one Rob had -- update the
thesis stuff we have now, move it into an "old" directory, put a note
in there stating that it is also available in a more up-to-date form
in the "thesis" locker, and then perhaps make it a habit to update it
from there periodically.
