How are you checking your quota? It looks to me like you're using 193mb
out of your 200mb afs quota. 'quota -v' should tell you how much of
your afs quota that you're using (you have a different quota on your PO
server, which might be where that other number is coming from).

Is a handy stock answer on how to find files you might not need that
are taking up space in your homedirectory.
You should also feel free to ask accounts@mit.edu for more quota; they'll
usually give you some, if you've already taken a look at the stock answer.
