The 0.4.1 install in outland is missing SSL and image support, which
should both be included in the sipb locker build. Incidentally,
w3mbookmark (a helper binary) fails with "w3mbookmark: Cannot find ELF"
on Solaris, so w3m should be rebuilt anyway. I will do this if no one
objects soon.
