The following illustrates a recurring bug that I have been coming
across...

No definition for 'further'. Maybe you mean:

Hmm... I tried this several times to make sure that I did not include
any control characters.
The problem is that the dictionary definition files are stored on
ronald-ann, which is currently down for AFS maintenance.
When it comes back up, webster will work again. If it goes down
again, webster will stop working.
