I had some free time, so I dealt with this this evening. I've
upgraded the copies of zip and unzip in the sipb locker to the most
recent released versions, and compiled them with the optional
encryption/decryption support. I built for sun4x_58, sgi_65, and
i386_linux24. Enjoy.
