EXMH Error

When I try to start EXMH I get:

     Error in startup script: child process exited abnormally
         while executing
     "exec athdir /afs/athena/project/mime bin"
	 invoked from within
     "set mime(dir) [exec athdir /afs/athena/project/mime bin]"
	 (file "/mit/sipb/sun4bin/exmh" line 33)

It has worked fine until today.
