Users trying to run xfig through the panel menus are unable to
export files.
This is because the menus use athrun to launch locker software, and xfig
as currently installed can't locate fig2dev without the sipb bin dir in
the path.
Can you reconfigure xfig to work under athrun? (The immediate
workaround for the menus would be to switch to an xfig wrapper script
that frobs the path, but putting that into the menu config area rather
than the sipb locker seems wrong.)
