I removed /afs/.sipb/project/sipb/arch/i386_linux24/bin/ncftp (which
was a symlink to i386_linux22), since it doesn't work on Athena 9.0
machines for lack of a readline major version 3 shared library, and
because those machines have a functional if not identical ncftp in
/usr/bin.
I didn't release the volume, so the change won't take effect until
tonight.
