The build options for w3m are constructed through the `Config' shell
script, including the debug and optimize flags. I believe that I used
the defaults for the linux build, but it's been quite a while.
For what it's worth, I'm in favor of a `cleanup arch build' for the
new cluster linux version, and will probably start to work on this
soon (I just returned from vacation).
