Since it looks like the cdrecord locker was pretty much orphaned, I forced
the acl on the mailing list 'bug-cdrecord' to be owned by sipb-acl and
to have bug-sipb among its membership.
I don't like the idea of adding an arch symlink to crufty software, but
the latest version of cdrecord builds easily for me. I need to test it,
which looks troublesome on a cluster config GX150, but barring objections
I'll drop my build into place when I've tested it, sometime later.
