A bunch of people have been coming into the SIPB office complaining that
their xscreensavers won't unlock --- including some people who swore
they were using uwm. Unfortunately, these bugs seem impossible to
reproduce --- so how about the following suggestion:

When locked, xscreensaver listens on a particular port for connections.
If someone connects, it prints a password prompt and if the correct
user's password is entered, it unlocks. That way, we can help save
people who've been locked out by telnet'ing to the magic port and asking
the user to type their password.

What do people think?
