(As of tonight's sipb locker rollover) I have upgraded tnt to version
2.2 (which is the only version which seems to work currently due to
unexplained problems blamed on the TOC server). The source is now
under sourceforge at http://sourceforge.net/projects/tnt/ and I have
made some local modifications to make it still work for emacs19 users.
This version is a lot less bare bones than version 1.7 which we've had
installed for a while now.
The comments at the beginning of /mit/sipb/share/elisp/tnt.el still
explain how to load it and contain pointers to further docs:
