The pine command in the sipb locker no longer runs pine-inc. Perhaps you have
pine aliased to "pine-inc; pine" in your .environment or .cshrc.mine? If so,
delete the alias. (If you'd like us to look at your dotfiles, feel free to stop
by our office, W20-557.)
