Thanks for your mail. In order for us to help you, though, you'll have to be
more specific about the problem. What exactly do you mean by `I cant receive
email using my mit account' -- does this happen only when using exmh, or does
it happen with command-line tools also? What error messages, if any, are you
receiving? What sequence of actions do you perform as you interact with exmh
(or other mail user agents)?
We may be able to help you most efficiently if you come to our office and
demonstrate the problem so that we can observe it first-hand. Our office is
in W20-557. It's usually open during afternoons and evenings, but if you may
want to telephone us first at 253-6668 in order to confirm that we're open.
