Jamie noticed that th in the sipb locker wasn't working on
i386_linux22 machines; this turned to be because it was pointed at the
perl interpreter in the perl locker, which is still an a.out binary for
Linux. I changed the script to use /usr/athena/bin/perl, and then
rebuilt the database in /mit/sipb/lib/Roget for linux; as a result of
the perl change, it wanted to start looking for "offsets", rather than
"offsets.{dir,pag}". Shrug. Changes visible after the locker is
released next.
